Based in a fantasy world, the world of "Monere" Ereriom provides a myriad of responsive systems that highlight the morally grey reality of heavy decision-making, and "Monere" holds the player responsible for their choices.
"Monere" is a semester-long project inspired by metatheatre and metaliterature—the so-called "in-between" in media.

Almost all stories we read and tell hold that barrier between the characters and the player, the 4th wall.

"Monere" challenges that, with the main character Campanella actively referencing the choices you make in this choices-matter game. After all, the player's choices are what leads to the different endings, directly affecting Campanella's fate.
"Monere" is greatly inspired by Disco Elysium by Game Studio ZA'UM and What Remain of Edith Finch by Giant Sparrow.
